01. Right of Withdrawal
Dispone de un plazo legal de 14 días naturales desde la recepción del producto para desistir de la compra. La banda debe devolverse en su estado original, sin precinto roto, sin signos de uso y con su embalaje intacto.
You have a legal period of 14 calendar days from product receipt to withdraw from the purchase. The band must be returned in its original condition, unsealed, with no signs of use, and with its packaging intact.
02. Excepción por Higiene
02. Hygiene Exception
Al ser un producto en contacto directo con la piel y el sudor, INTERCATIA no aceptará la devolución de bandas utilizadas o probadas. Una vez roto el precinto de seguridad, el producto pierde su elegibilidad para el reembolso por motivos de protección de la salud e higiene.
As a product in direct contact with skin and sweat, INTERCATIA will not accept returns of used or tested bands. Once the security seal is broken, the product loses its eligibility for refund due to health and hygiene protection reasons.
03. Alcance del Reembolso

En caso de devolución aprobada, INTERCATIA reembolsará exclusivamente el **precio neto del producto especificado en la factura**. Bajo ninguna circunstancia se reembolsarán los **costes de envío** originales, ya que se consideran un servicio ya prestado por la empresa de logística. Los impuestos locales (como el IVA) se reembolsarán únicamente cuando la ley lo exija y el reembolso sea total.
In the event of an approved return, INTERCATIA will exclusively refund the **net product price specified in the invoice**. Under no circumstances will the original **shipping costs** be refunded, as they are considered a service already rendered by the logistics company. Local taxes (such as VAT) will be refunded only where required by law and for a full refund.

El coste de envío del producto de vuelta a nuestras instalaciones corre a cargo del cliente. No se aceptarán envíos a portes debidos.
The cost of shipping the product back to our facilities is the customer's responsibility. Freight-collect shipments will not be accepted.
05. Internacional e Impuestos
05. International & Taxes
Para pedidos internacionales fuera de la UE, no se realizará reembolso de aranceles aduaneros, tasas de importación o impuestos locales pagados en destino. Estos importes son ajenos a INTERCATIA y deben reclamarse, si procede, ante la autoridad aduanera correspondiente.
For international orders outside the EU, no refunds will be issued for customs duties, import fees, or local taxes paid at the destination. These amounts are external to INTERCATIA and must be claimed, if applicable, from the corresponding customs authority.
