Integración, no recubrimiento
A diferencia de otras soluciones que utilizan sprays o "coatings" superficiales que desaparecen tras pocos lavados, nuestro grafeno FLG se integra mecánicamente en los poros de las fibras textiles. Tras el proceso de curado térmico, las láminas de carbono forman parte de la matriz del tejido. Esto asegura que la conductividad térmica se mantenga constante, siempre que se sigan los protocolos de mantenimiento manual con agua fría.
El Programa de Recuperación de Ingeniería (3 Años)
Creemos tanto en nuestra tecnología que hemos establecido un protocolo de garantía único en la industria. Al cumplirse los 3 años de uso, activamos nuestro Programa de Recuperación de Ingeniería.
Este programa te permite devolver tu unidad antigua para que nuestro equipo analice la degradación del grafeno bajo condiciones reales de uso. A cambio, recibes una unidad totalmente nueva con la tecnología más actualizada de ese momento. No es solo una garantía; es un ciclo de retroalimentación técnica donde tú nos ayudas a mejorar y nosotros aseguramos que tu rendimiento nunca decaiga.

One of the most frequent questions in nanomaterials engineering is durability. Does graphene degrade over time? At INTERCATIA, we have designed our interfaces so that thermal performance is not an ephemeral resource, but a structural property of the garment.
Integration, not coating
Unlike other solutions that use sprays or surface coatings that wash away, our FLG graphene is mechanically integrated into the pores of the textile fibers. After the thermal curing process, the carbon sheets become part of the fabric matrix. This ensures that thermal conductivity remains constant, provided that manual cold-water maintenance protocols are followed.
3-Year Engineering Recovery Program
We believe in our technology so much that we have established a warranty protocol unique in the industry. Upon completing 3 years of use, we activate our Engineering Recovery Program.
This program allows you to return your old unit so our team can analyze graphene degradation under real-world conditions. In exchange, you receive a brand-new unit with the most up-to-date technology available at that time. It's not just a warranty; it's a technical feedback loop where you help us improve, and we ensure your performance never fades.
